The company was set up in 2017 and incorporates Landmark Estates (Formally Merchant County Developments) formed in 1988 by Martin Murray and former Lord Mayor of London, Sir Anthony Jolliffe.
Other group assets include a 50% shareholding in Landmark (UK) Limited and land bank sites. The Directors are also actively involved in other property industry sectors including IT and Interior Design.
Current projects include commercial property investments, development of 77 residential units, asset management and the disposal of a land bank site.
Murray Property Group is focused on long term growth and developing its strategic partnerships and is headed up by Richard Murray.
Richard Murray is CEO of Eurolink Technology, a Proptech company with over 1 million UK properties on its clients’ databases. He was educated at Millfield School and Kingston Business School and balances his time between his young family and his business commitments. He lives in Surrey and if he is not at Eurolink HQ in Leatherhead, he will be in either the company’s London office in Kings Cross or Murray Property Group offices in The Shard or Landmark UK owned Royal House in Leeds.
